Caregiver Recruiter (Part-time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm PST

Employment Type: Part -time

Location: Remote, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update caregiver job postings on Indeed and CareerPlug using Indeed's applicant tracking system.
• Actively recruit caregivers, reach out to prospects, and handle candidate follow-ups and email communications.
• Guide successful candidates through basic onboarding, including requesting, organizing, and maintaining required employment documents.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have recruiting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA
• Well-versed in using GSuite, Microsoft 365 & AI Tools
• PLUS : Experience in using Wellsky and Indeed or any similar tools
• PLUS : Having a home care industry experience

Technical Requirements

• Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) - recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
• Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps
• Quiet, conducive home workspace
• OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours
• OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages
