Job responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems in data centers.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to electrical systems.
• Document and report on maintenance activities and system performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of after-sales service strategies.
• Train and support customers on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components used in data centers.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
