About The Role

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in engineering, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
