Application Support Analyst (French Speaker)- DSI Corporate

We are looking for a  person join our HR IT support team in Porto to work on

• Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM): This is a cloud-based HCM applications for HR, talent, and recruitment management.
•  

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 and 2 support for the mentioned application.

Manage communications through various tools such as Teams, Outlook, and, in some cases, by phone.

Follow all procedures to ensure that KPIs are measured.

Ensure the quality assurance of digital content for the deployment of e-learning training.

Be responsible for data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with the support team.

Work in coordination with the project/development team. 

Close working with Paris team

Proficiency in French (mandatory).

B2 level of English.

Knowledge of HR procedures (a plus), particularly in recruitment and talent management.

Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (a plus).

Understanding of how a Learning Management System (LMS) works (a plus).

Administrative mindset and good communication skills due to the support activity
