Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing
Travel certification is required.
Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types
Good communication skills
Good Travel geographical knowledge
Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn.
Will have interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change-ready in a dynamic work environment.
Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Process refunds, fares, and pricing accurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines.
Apply understanding of different fare rules, routing types, and ticketing procedures to support customer requests.
Engage with customers through email for query resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Adapt to new processes and changes within a dynamic work environment with a willingness to learn.
