Job Title: Corporate Office Intern
Department: Corporate Office
FLSA: Non-Exempt
General Function
The Corporate office internship provides assistance with positions in the corporate office in Grimes, Iowa. This is a paid internship with flexible hours. The individuals selected will be provided with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in their designated internship area.

Reporting Relations
Accountable and Reports to: Senior UX Manager
Positions that Report to you: None
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all employee interactions.
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

- Must have the ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interprets instructions
- Must be able to perform arithmetic and calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
- This position requires strong computer and analytical skills. The person must also have strong verbal and written communication skills and be extremely detailed oriented. The person must be well organized and capable of multi-tasking simultaneously
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically able to perform light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
- Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, and color vision, and field of vision.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
This position frequently involves a fast work pace in an office setting. Must be able to handle multiple jobs/situations every day.

Computer, Kronos Workforce Management, Microsoft Word, Outlook, calculator, phone, fax, copier.
