Creative & Social Media Coordinator (NZ, E-Commerce, Food & Spices) - 207
D2B · Remote, Philippines
About The Role
Working Hours & Conditions: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM NZ time
ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you a Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator with a passion for food, lifestyle brands, and scroll-stopping visuals? Our client is hiring a part-time, remote Creative & Social Media Coordinator to take full ownership of their organic social media presence and visual content output.
Working directly with the founders, you will design on-brand graphics, edit supplied photo and video content, and manage a content calendar across Facebook and Instagram — all while staying true to the brand personality: bold, natural, and community-driven. TikTok is also on the roadmap once the team finds its rhythm. If you're a self-directed creative who loves food and lifestyle content and can bring a small brand's story to life visually, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
- Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling
- Design content optimised for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels
- Adapt and resize assets across different platform formats and placements to maintain visual consistency
Video Editing (Secondary Focus)
- Edit raw photo and video footage supplied by the team into polished, platform-ready short-form content
- Produce Instagram Reels and short-form video clips with captions, transitions, and on-brand styling
- Optimise video content for each platform's algorithm, specifications, and audience behaviour
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish organic content across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage a content calendar under direction from the founders, maintaining a consistent posting rhythm
- Monitor engagement and maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across all channels
- Note: Paid advertising is managed separately — this role focuses entirely on organic content creation and scheduling
