As a Senior Associate in SCM - Field Service, you will leverage your consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications

Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle applications
Implementing technology solutions to support client strategic objectives
Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations
