As an SCM - Inventory - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal brand
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application usage
- Implementing technology solutions that align with strategic objectives

- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Integrating emerging technologies to innovate and improve business processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for technology implementation projects
- Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
- Managing systems project management with a focus on enterprise integration
- Excelling in business process modeling and process standardization
