About The Role

As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our clients, offering guidance and assistance with their inquiries. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Document and update customer records and interactions in our internal systems.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive outcome.
Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, aiming for customer delight.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate advice.
Handle customer orders, process returns, and manage basic account updates.
Assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy of customer information.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
