What you will be doing

Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Provide excellent support to the referring dental and medical community.
Handle phone calls and emails, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payments, manage billing, and oversee financial transactions.
Collaborate with dental staff to optimize scheduling and maintain smooth patient flow.
Perform administrative duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

What you will bring

Experience providing face-to-face customer service to the general public.
A positive, welcoming, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a dental office or completion of a dental assistant program an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
