URGENT: PROJECT MANAGER (Onsite/Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to lead the development and launch of three large-scale auto parts e-commerce websites. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We need someone fully dedicated to this role who can take ownership, drive results, and handle challenges independently. Prior experience in auto parts e-commerce or managing large product-based websites will be a strong advantage, and can oversee everything from developer management to vendor negotiations and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development Oversight: Hire and manage developers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality websites.
• Vendor Management: Identify and onboard auto parts data vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Data & Systems Management: Oversee product database setup and maintenance in Odoo, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and integration with the websites.
• SEO & Performance: Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, optimized for growth, and aligned with best practices.
• Project Prioritization: Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to deliver all three websites on schedule.
• Supplier Coordination: Obtain approvals from suppliers, collect updated data and pricing files, and manage system updates.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring smooth communication.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor progress across all deliverables and guarantee timely, high-standard execution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven track record of managing complex e-commerce projects end-to-end.
• Strong experience with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with auto parts industry, product data structures, or similar large-scale product catalogs is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web development best practices.
