Responsibilities

Fill guest orders and make drinks for servers to deliver as a back-bar bartender.
Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.
Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service.
operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table-side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience.
Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
Accurately read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service.
Monitor product usage, complete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
Participate in regular beverage trainings, tastings, and menu updates.
Complete additional side duties as needed.
Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
1 year Bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to be on feet up to 8 hours.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
