Job Description
This is a casual/relief/on call (seasonal) position.
As a Distribution Utility you will
- Assist in the efficient and effective reclamation, processing and/or distribution of goods and donations.
- The incumbent will be knowledgeable of and strictly follow all legislative safety procedures.
- Customer focused, can maintain their composure, and has the ability to communicate and build relationships .
- In doing so, the candidate will be action oriented, drive results, and will strive to become an expert in their role through continuous self-development and learning .
- Ability to undergo applicable screening and background checks successfully that are satisfactory to The Salvation Army, in its sole discretion.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $21.86 to $23.79 with a maximum of $25.72. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
