What this job involves

As a Junior Technology Solutions Manager, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our global pre-sales technical solutioning function, acting as a force multiplier that enables our senior Technology Solutions Advisors to focus on high-value client engagements. You'll coordinate information security responses, ensure pursuit documentation excellence, and manage technical demo readiness across our core business lines—including AI, BI, and data integrations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge technology solutions while developing expertise in RFP management, compliance coordination, and technical solutioning within the dynamic Life Science and Finance industries. What your day-to-day will look like

• Own RFP Response Development : Draft comprehensive first versions of all RFP responses, ensuring client-specific narratives and outcome-based positioning, while running quality assurance tools before handover to senior team members
• Serve as InfoSec Coordination Hub : Act as the global point of contact for all pre-sales information security and compliance requests, routing high-volume questionnaires across product, legal, and InfoSec teams to reduce administrative burden on client-facing staff
• Manage Demo Technical Readiness : Own Azara data uploads and technology preparation for client demonstrations, serving as primary resource for demo environment readiness in partnership with technical teams
• Maintain Documentation Standards : Ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of all pursuit documentation across active opportunities, maintaining rigorous standards that reflect JLL's professional excellence
• Develop Repeatable Frameworks : Create and refine InfoSec response templates and process frameworks that improve speed, consistency, and quality across the global pursuit pipeline
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Solutions : Support broader pursuit technology needs by coordinating technical solutions across business lines, bridging communication between technical teams and client-facing stakeholders
• Scale General Business Analyst Function : Contribute to the evolution and improvement of analytical processes as the Solutions team and function expand within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in solutions coordination, PMO, project management, or proposal management roles with demonstrated ability to track milestones and manage complex deliverables
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with proven ability to draft clear, structured technical and administrative responses for proposals and compliance documentation
• High attention to detail with exceptional document and process management capabilities, including ability to maintain rigorous documentation standards across multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI platforms for compliance checking, draft generation, and workflow efficiency
• Familiarity with information security or compliance administration , including exposure to InfoSec questionnaires, vendor security assessments, or cybersecurity coordination in a corporate environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to serve as central coordination hub across product, legal, technical, and client-facing teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Baseline understanding of technology concepts including AI applications, business intelligence platforms, data integrations, and database management (programming experience not required)
• Project management certification such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Google Project Management Certificate, or equivalent credential
• Prior experience in pre-sales, sales operations, or proposal management within technology, professional services, or corporate real estate sectors
• Exposure to CRM or proposal management platforms such as Salesforce, RFPIO, Loopio, or similar pursuit management tools
• Experience supporting client demonstrations or presentations , including data preparation, technical setup, or materials coordination
• Knowledge of Life Sciences or Finance industry compliance requirements, terminology, or operational frameworks
