OVERVIEW
Under the direction and supervision of the Team Manager, Group Contracts, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of new group contracts and existing contract amendments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare new enrollment contracts and booklets for group sales utilizing internal contract development system according to submitted applications.
- Prepare and issue contract amendments and booklets for existing clients based on submitted revision applications.
- Maintain on-line contract and booklet files to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Communicate with other departments regarding group benefits to ensure all parties are aware of any unique aspects of a group’s benefits.
- Verification of group benefit enrolments and changes processed by fellow coordinators.
- Handle, investigate, and resolve complex or problematic enrolment/benefit issues or inquiries.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service through collaboration with internal staff and other departments.

- Preferred related experience with a good general knowledge of insurance industry practices.
