Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading small or mid-sized teams in a BPO/call center/shared services environment
  • Knowledge of complaints management in medical device industry
  • Good oral and written communications in English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point

Job Description

Safety & Compliance: Take charge of evaluating medical device incidents to guarantee timely MDR regulatory submissions and strict compliance.

Case Management: Manage the full lifecycle of complaints, from initial report reception through to successful case resolution.

Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to consistently achieve SLAs, tackle complex challenges, and uphold data accuracy alongside HIPAA standards.

Technical Support & Reporting: Deliver expert technical support while maintaining precise event documentation and ensuring thorough regulatory reporting.
