The Manufacturing Engineer will serve as the primary process owner for the Rotor Machining (RM1/RM2) lean lines. You will bridge the gap between industrialization and full-scale production to ensure a smooth transition, before owning daily line support during production. • Act as a technical mentor for production teams. Support the onboarding and training of machinists on new processes and equipment
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Industrialization to execute on line-level CAPEX, OPEX, and T&S (Tools & Supplies) budgets.
