At Mind 24-7, we're expanding access to behavioral health services by providing compassionate, evidence-based care when people need it most. Our Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, supportive treatment for individuals working toward lasting recovery and emotional wellness.
We're looking for a licensed therapist who is passionate about leading a Youth IOP program and enjoys facilitating engaging group therapy while building meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients. Your Role & Impact

Lead multiple Youth IOP group therapy sessions using DBT framework
-
Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Participate in clinical staffing and discharge planning with care team

Coordinate care with nurses, navigators, BHMPs , and other clinical professionals

Educate and collaborate with patients’ families to ensure successful continuity of care

Identify and address social determinants of health and resource needs
-
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Assist with referrals, care coordination, and follow-up support as needed
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field ✔️ Current licensure in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC) ✔️ Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills ✔️ Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and regional behavioral health systems ✔️ Experience with crisis stabilization, case management, and therapeutic interventions ✔️ Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-acuity environments ✔️ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
