Process and Improvement Manager

• We’re looking for a Process and Improvement Manager to lead transformation and continuous improvement across our Auditing Services team.
• What you’ll do

• Lead our auditing scheduling team , optimising workflows and driving efficiency using Lean and Agile principles.
• Drive commercial performance through smart analysis and process enhancements.
• Coach, mentor, and role-model a culture of innovation and improvement .
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that build customer confidence and long-term value.
