As a Workday DC - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, providing support and guidance within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Data and Analytics to deliver impactful solutions that enhance business application consulting. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and using critical thinking to analyze complex concepts, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights for client engagements
• Developing and implementing Workday HCM reporting and analytics solutions
• Utilizing data modeling and data integration techniques to enhance data-driven consulting
• Conducting data preprocessing and data quality assessments to support accurate analysis
• Leveraging Workday Advanced Reporting to optimize workforce technology solutions
• Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Applying analytical thinking to solve business challenges and improve decision-making
• Confirming data security and compliance within analytics frameworks
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration
• Mentoring junior team members in data analysis and Workday reporting techniques

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics
