As an Independence Operations - Associate 2, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be part of a team that enhances internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client deliverables by coordinating with processors and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • -Assist in monitoring personal independence and checkpoint compliance, escalating issues when necessary.
  • -Help track and follow up on compliance gaps, maintain accurate documentation, and timely updates.
  • -Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
  • -Prepare routine reports on compliance, project status, and client interactions for internal use and stakeholder review.
  • -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.
  • -Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant databases and client portals to ensure data accuracy and security.

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Minimum 2-5 year’s experience in client services, personal independence compliance, or related domains
  • Experience working with global clients, especially in Australia or similar markets, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PwC personal independence standards or similar professional services frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
