Altius Search Group is partnering with a growing senior living organization to identify an experienced Regional Director of Memory Care Operations & Programming .

This highly visible corporate leadership role will provide operational and programming support across multiple senior living communities, with a primary focus on memory care, dementia programming, leadership development, resident engagement, and continuous improvement .

The ideal candidate is a strong multi-site leader who combines deep knowledge of memory care with the ability to coach community-level leaders, evaluate performance, and implement meaningful improvements across a portfolio of communities.
