Customer Service Representative

Accurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.

We specialize in medical courier services, working with healthcare organizations to make sure time-sensitive deliveries get where they need to go. This is a fast-paced position where communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving matter.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming client calls, take orders, and provide delivery updates
Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders
Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays or potential issues
Complete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete information
Document customer and delivery information accurately
Communicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve issues
Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
Follow established procedures while using good judgment when situations come up
Maintain professional communication with clients, drivers, and coworkers

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Basic Excel knowledge
Able to problem-solve and make decisions
Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
Willing to work overtime when needed

Schedule

Full-Time: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
Schedule will vary based on department needs
Weekend availability is required
Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled

Pay

$17.00 per hour
This position is on-site at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.
