Hourly Rate

• AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)
• The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
• Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
• These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
• These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work

Exigences requises : Maîtrise en sciences des aliments ou dans un domaine connexe * . Expérience en techniques de laboratoire appliquées à l’analyse alimentaire, incluant les méthodes d’évaluation physicochimiques et sensorielles. Familiarité avec l’enseignement en laboratoire et le soutien pédagogique. Excellentes capacités d’analyse. Maîtrise avancée du français et de l'anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

• La personne candidate doit clairement démontrer dans son CV la pertinence de sa formation académique par rapport à la matière du cours.

Nature du travail : Organiser et préparer les laboratoires LEE370 et LEE372. Préparer, réviser, modifier et tester les protocoles et activités des laboratoires en accord avec les objectifs d’apprentissage de sciences des aliments. Actualiser les documents de laboratoire afin d’en assurer la précision et la qualité.

Mode de livraison : En personne (campus Lees).
