About The Role

Why Us?

At Par Health, we believe great healthcare is built on getting the essentials right. We’re looking for passionate, talented individuals who share our commitment to improving lives. With a global workforce, we lead with pride and purpose—prioritizing quality and safety while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork. Elevating the Essentials isn’t just our tagline, it’s the higher standard we live by every day.

Job Description Summary

The Team Leader of Inside Sales is the founding leader of PAR Health's omnichannel inside sales organization. This is a build role. The Team Leader will launch a 8-rep, Chicago-based inside sales function from the ground up. In phase 1 - driving product adoption for focus products. Then in phase 2 – driving growth in the entire Par Health Sterile Injectable portfolio. The role will require hiring, onboarding and training the people, establishing the processes, technology, and culture needed for a best-in-class commercial engine.

A core responsibility of the Team Leader is ensuring the POD system operates with consistency and commercial discipline across all four regions. Each POD — North, South, East, and West — pairs one Regional Account Manager with two ISRs and must function as a coordinated selling unit, not three individuals covering the same geography. The Team Leader will work closely with the four RAMs to hold each POD accountable to a structured weekly rhythm: a standing team meeting to review the prior week's activity, set call priorities and account targets for the week ahead, and confirm all customer follow-ups are owned and actioned. Where a POD is underperforming on coordination, call execution, or follow-through, the Team Leader escalates to the Director of Sales.

Alongside the ISR leadership, this role will personally own the Non-Acute National Accounts channel - a fragmented but high-potential customer universe including ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, and alternate site providers. This leader will be responsible for the commercial presence in this segment for PAR Health, building the account base, establishing the customer engagement model, and driving portfolio revenue growth.
