Team Lead

Let’s build tomorrow together. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by supporting a team of operators by maintaining safe, standardized, and stable operations while developing people capabilities.

Shifts(All shifts operate Monday-Thursday with required Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed)

Shift 1 (4:00AM – 2:30 PM)
Shift 2 (2:30PM – 1:00 AM)

What You Will Do

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Train and certify employees
Maintain Training Matrix of Cell(s)
Ensure adherence to standard work (JOB’s)
Maintain Tier 1 & HR x HR board
Respond to abnormalities – Problem Solve - Escalate
Lead 5 Why Problem Solving
Lead team huddle (SQDC)
Review previous shift misses
Coach correct methods
Handover to next shift TL
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team to Tier 2
Run assembly equipment on the line

Job Requirements

HS Diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
Read and write English
Demonstrate Winning Behaviors
Must have good problem-solving skills
Clear and calm communication

Hiring Hourly Range

$24.00 - $26.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
