Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales ; Develop and execute sales strategy for:

• Spares
• Repair (PPD + service stations)
• LUV pumps – spares & repair
• Retrofit solutions
• Reverse engineering services

Identify and generate new business opportunities in utility power plants (approx. 14 units of utility PP ) .

1. Account Management

• Build strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement
• Increase share of business from existing customers
• Ensure repeat orders and long-term service contracts

1. Installed Base & Competition Mapping

• Map installed base of pumps across assigned power plants
• Track competitor presence and develop strategies to penetrate accounts
• Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities

1. Technical Sales Support

• Work closely with engineering/service teams for: Repair solutions
• Reverse engineering proposals
• Retrofit opportunities
• Promote mechanical seal and related offerings

1. Market Intelligence

• Track power generation trends and upcoming maintenance schedules
• Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and positioning

1. Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with service stations and PPD teams for execution of repair jobs
• Ensure timely submission of offers, follow-ups, and order closures
• Support project execution and customer satisfaction
