What We're Looking For

• The Strategy & Planning Analyst II will be a key member of the Sales team
• responsible for supporting data analysis across regional business segments and
• markets. The Analyst will assist business leaders with data-driven strategic direction as it relates to their

business issues and opportunities, from a numbers perspective. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• – Analyze business data.
• – Correlate data together to form a cohesive analysis to allow business predicatbility
• – Work with business stakeholders to design and deliver complex reports based on business needs.
• – Interface and partner with a variety of groups supporting the sales efforts.
• – Create and automate reports that support the sales strategy and overall sales enablement efforts.
• – Generate and drive improvements to the overall sales enablement eco-system by leveraging existing
• tools and identifying process opportunities.
• – Provide data & analysis regarding go-to-market / launch initiatives as well as Sales strategic priorities.
• – Gather and assimilate input from sales professionals on product and solution launch enablement to
• determine degree of success and improvement opportunities.
• – Work with Salesforce.com, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, and other tools for reports and analysis.
