Financial Analyst (Accounting)

Account specific roles and responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budgets, actuals, variance analysis, and cost analysis.

Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track financial performance and support decision-making.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.

Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Maintain and improve financial data processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.

Requirements

• With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 year experience in Reports Analytics or similar
• Must have extensive MS Excel experience
• Good Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
