Part Time Assistant Coach, Men's Basketball

• Assists Head Coach in managing and executing administrative and athletic functions of coaching a collegiate team.
• Establishes and maintains team rules and expectations. Coaches, trains, and develops individual players and their skills.
• Recruits prospective student-athletics, coordinates visits, and plans travel itineraries for the team.

Responsibilities

• Assists Head Coach with practice and match planning. Develops training sessions for Denison athletes and

• provides athletes with feedback and direction. Develops strategy for future opponents and analyzes film
• and creates scouting reports.

• Attend practice and work with individual student-athletes
• Travel to tournaments
• Reinforce team and University rules and expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Driver's License
• CPR/AED

Preferred Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience playing, coaching, and/or recruiting
