Schedule Details

The primary work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Schedule and shift hours may be adjusted based on business needs

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Serve hot and cold food items, beverages, beer, and wine to guests and owners.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional guest service.
• Stock, organize, and maintain food, beverage, and retail merchandise displays.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer accountability and complete end-of-shift balancing.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support daily deli operations.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Support team training and assist with other duties as needed

To fulfill this role efficiently, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related food service, deli, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Food handling certification and Liquor Commission Card (yellow), or ability to obtain within the first month of employment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions

• Previous experience in a resort, hotel, or vacation ownership environment.
• Two or more years of related experience.
