Job Description
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and empowering clients through engaging, hands-on education? We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Client Account Services & Trainer to serve as a trusted advisor, technical specialist, and educator.
In this role, you will help our enterprise and institutional clients unlock the full value of our industry-leading technology solutions and data platforms. This multifaceted position blends consultative client support, technical troubleshooting, application configuration, and interactive training delivery. You will lead 1:1 coaching sessions, interactive webinars, and on-site workshops, acting as the crucial bridge between our clients and internal technical teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Training & Enablement
- Deliver Engaging Training Programs: Design, coordinate, and lead high-impact training sessions—including personalized 1:1 coaching, live interactive webinars, and classroom-style workshops—tailored to diverse client learning styles and user skill levels.
- On-Site Client Engagement: Travel to client corporate offices to conduct hands-on product onboarding, facilitate multi-day implementation workshops, and foster strong executive and operational relationships.
- Develop Training Collateral: Partner with product teams to create easy-to-follow instructional materials, quick-reference guides, walkthrough videos, and best-practice documentation.
Technical Support & System Configuration
- Configure Client Solutions: Analyze unique business workflows and technical requirements to configure applications, features, and system integrations to meet client objectives.
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/technical support, diagnosing software issues, analyzing product usage patterns, and coordinating swift incident resolution to minimize disruption to client operations.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal product management, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve complex technical hurdles and deliver seamless service.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Monitor and evaluate system implementations and adoption metrics to proactively uncover workflow bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and additional training needs.
- Drive Strategic Projects: Take ownership of technical initiatives of moderate complexity with guidance and mentorship from senior team members, continually improving team knowledge bases and service delivery processes

Job Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical industry experience).
- Work Experience: 1+ years of demonstrated success in technical support, client solutions, client enablement, technical training, or client-facing service delivery.
Technical & Core Skills
- Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities with experience configuring enterprise software, troubleshooting web/cloud applications, and understanding data workflows.
- Facilitation & Presentation: Outstanding verbal presentation and teaching skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
- Client Relationship & Communication: Superior written and interpersonal communication skills, marked by active listening, patience, empathy, and consultative problem-solving.
- Team Collaboration & Autonomy: High degree of self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently under general supervision while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel to client sites locally when needed
Annual Pay Range
55,900 - 74,880 USD
