What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trained to

Be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
Listen, understand and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about products and services
Turn challenges into positive experiences by offering the best solutions
Build strong, trusted relationships through clear and friendly communication
Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
Work closely with your team and team leader to deliver excellent service
Play an important role as a brand ambassador for Rewardsco

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are

Positive, energetic and eager to learn
Disciplined, organised and able to manage your time well
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A good listener with strong attention to detail
Customer-focused and able to adapt to different personalities
A team player who’s motivated to grow
Matric (essential)
12 months customer service experience within a call centre/BPO is required
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Clear criminal record
Reside in Gauteng (this role is based in Sandton)
