ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a foundational first enterprise sales hire at a fintech company building digital identity and onboarding infrastructure for businesses. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle across Europe, shaping product-market fit while closing complex, high-value deals that directly influence the company's trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account expansion.
Build and manage a pipeline of large enterprise prospects across Europe, targeting decision makers at scale.
Develop deep relationships with CTOs, CPOs, engineering leaders, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to navigate complex deals and ensure smooth customer onboarding and success.
Gather customer insights and feed them back to the product team to help refine product-market fit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5 or more years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technical products to large organizations.
Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder deals in fast-moving, competitive environments.
Strong technical acumen and comfort engaging with engineering and product leadership on their terms.
Experience managing full enterprise sales cycles from lead generation through closing and expansion.
Experience building and managing robust enterprise sales pipelines and hitting aggressive targets.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-party deals.
Self-starter mentality with comfort in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Experience selling into European enterprise markets is a plus.
Background in identity, fintech, or payments sectors is a plus.
Must be available to work in an EU-compatible timezone.

LOCATION

Based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. On-site or remote arrangements are considered for candidates in EU-compatible timezones. Visa sponsorship is not available.
