Job Summary**

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at the Hollis Creek project site. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for large-scale solar energy projects, without the need for driving company vehicles.

Job Responsibilities**

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control devices for solar arrays and associated infrastructure.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts and system requirements.
Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Connect electrical equipment to power circuits and ensure proper grounding.
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panels, for hazards and defects, and recommend or initiate repairs.
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with other trades and project team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Operate various electrical hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent vocational training.
Valid Electrician license or certification as required by state and local regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably within the renewable energy sector (solar experience highly desirable).
Strong understanding of electrical theory, principles, and codes (NEC, local codes).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to perform strenuous work, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
