Personne responsable de l’approvisionnement, de la réception, de la vérification, de la classification, de l’entreposage, de l’inventaire et de la distribution des marchandises aux différents services de l’établissement. Elle peut également rencontrer les représentant(e)s des fournisseurs réguliers de l’établissement.
Principales responsabilités
- Commander les marchandises et les produits d’inventaire selon les demandes reçues en saisissant les données requises dans Workday, conformément aux procédures et règlements de l’établissement.
- Confirmer les prix auprès des fournisseurs par courriel ou téléphone pour les différents projets.
- Recevoir les marchandises destinées à l’inventaire ou à des projets spéciaux, incluant le déchargement, la vérification et la validation des produits reçus par rapport aux bons de livraison, puis transmettre la documentation requise à la comptabilité.
- Acheminer les marchandises reçues à l’entrepôt, au magasin ou au bloc opératoire.
- Maintenir l’organisation et l’aménagement de l’entrepôt et du magasin.
- Expédier des documents, produits, pagettes et autres marchandises au Canada et à l’international en respectant les procédures établies et en utilisant le logiciel d’expédition Quadient.
- Gérer les entrées et sorties de marchandises au magasin et au bloc opératoire.
- Effectuer les inventaires hebdomadaires et assurer le suivi des niveaux de stocks.
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, incluant l’information, le soutien et la résolution de problèmes.
- Utiliser le système d’inventaire Workday pour assurer une gestion efficace des stocks du magasin et du bloc opératoire.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe du bloc opératoire et l’URDM pour les commandes spéciales.
- Communiquer et collaborer avec les agents d’administration, classe 1, Approvisionnements.
- Préparer et compléter toute la documentation de transport nécessaire, tant papier que numérique, en utilisant des outils technologiques tels que logiciels de gestion, lecteurs optiques et scanners de codes-barres.
- Signaler toute situation pouvant représenter un risque pour les employé(e)s, patient(e)s ou visiteur(e)s.
- Participer aux formations obligatoires en matière de sécurité, d’urgence et de prévention.
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances professionnelles, certifications et formations requises.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES).
- Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience à titre de magasinier(ère), commis d’entrepôt ou dans un rôle équivalent.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels de bureautique et des systèmes de gestion d’inventaire.
- Connaissance de Workday (atout important).
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Bon jugement et excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à effectuer un travail physique et à soulever des charges pouvant aller jusqu’à 50 lb (23 kg).
- Connaissance de base des principes Lean et des systèmes Kanban (atout).

Job Summary
Person responsible for procurement, receiving, checking, classification, storage, inventory, and distribution of goods to the various departments of the establishment. She may also meet with representatives of the regular suppliers of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order inventory items and supplies based on departmental requests by entering required information into Workday in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Confirm supplier pricing by email or phone for various projects.
- Receive inventory and project-related merchandise, including unloading, inspecting, and verifying products against packing slips, then forwarding the required documentation to Accounting.
- Deliver received merchandise to the warehouse, storeroom, or Operating Room.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse and storeroom layout.
- Ship documents, products, pagers, and other merchandise within Canada and internationally using Quadient shipping software and established shipping procedures.
- Manage inventory transactions and stock movement within the storeroom and Operating Room.
- Perform weekly inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service, including information sharing, problem-solving, and support.
- Use Workday inventory management tools to maintain accurate stock control for the storeroom and Operating Room.
- Collaborate with the Operating Room team and MDRD (Medical Device Reprocessing Department) on special orders.
- Communicate and collaborate with Administration Officers, Class 1, Procurement.
- Complete transportation and shipping documentation in both paper and electronic formats using management systems, barcode scanners, optical readers, and similar technologies.
- Report any situation that may present a risk to employees, patients, or visitors.
- Participate in mandatory safety, emergency preparedness, and patient safety training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge, certifications, and required training.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Secondary School Diploma).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, Inventory Clerk, or in a related role.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of standard office software and inventory management systems.
- Experience with Workday is considered a significant asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Basic knowledge of Lean principles and Kanban systems is considered an asset.
