As the business expands, this role is expected to evolve and may include

• ● Coordinating communication with manufacturing, packaging, and testing vendors
• (non-technical project coordination).
• ● Influencer research, outreach, and relationship management.
• ● Managing content scheduling and publishing across social channels.
• ● Producing simple weekly marketing and Shopify performance reports.
• ● Taking greater ownership of campaign planning and execution.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

• ● Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
• ● Strong Canva design skills.
• ● Experience creating engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
• ● Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar).
• ● Experience working with Shopify.
• ● Excellent written English.
• ● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• ● Comfortable taking a brief and turning it into polished, customer-facing content with
• minimal supervision.

Desirable

• ● Experience working with consumer brands, wellness, health, or lifestyle products.
• ● Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• ● Basic understanding of SEO and blog publishing.
• ● Experience working in an early-stage startup or small business.
