岗位描述：

1、负责公司电气、仪表设备的日常巡检、故障诊断与维修作业。

2、执行电气设备定期保养、仪表校验等维护工作，降低设备故障率。

3、参与装置停车检修、大修、抢修、技改工作，完成电仪装置解体、修复、回装、调试。

4、严格遵守化工安全管理规定，按要求办理作业票，落实能量隔离、置换通风等安全措施。

5、做好外来维修单位来工厂检修时的作业班长,并教育和督促监护他们安全地执行检修任务；确保自己和其他员工(包括承包商)能够严格按照卡博特的SH&E要求进行工作(如JSA和工作许可证,卡博特安全程序等)

6、及时处理生产现场突发设备故障，保障装置连续、稳定、安全运行。

7、协助工程师和主管负责工厂所有电气和仪表方面的维护工作,对公司所有电气和仪表设备的安全和性能可靠性提出自己的见解。

8、参加维修部每月的安全例会，完成SUSA,及及时报告安全隐患或事故。

9、参与维修计划的制定。

10、有责任对日常工作程序提出合理化建议，优化持续改进（包括电仪设备性能、稳定性提高等）。

11、需节假日及周未轮换值班，负责处理电气及仪表故障，保障生产平稳运行。根据安排，能够应付平常8小工作日外，应急到厂加班，处理设备故障。

岗位要求：

1、全日制大专学历以上，电气自动化、电气工程自动控制、机电一体化专业、测控技术与仪器等相关专业，有电工、仪表基本知识，能看懂PID和电气控制图，有化工行业电气、流水线控制等相关工作经验。

2、有5年以上电气、仪表设备的维修工作经验，具备低压电工证或高压电工证、化工设备仪表操作证优先。
