The role

As a Supply Chain Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring capex processes by coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across factories, warehouses, and operations. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking, while supporting SAP-related processes and delivering insights to senior leadership. The role also involves driving analytical initiatives, enhancing digitalization efforts within the team, and contributing to strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analyses and clear financial communication.

What you'll be responsible for

• Preparing monthly capex forecast and reporting after alignment with various stakeholders from factories, warehouses and cabinet operation.
• Supporting financial activities of capex operation including WBS creation and SAP operations.
• Preparing monthly capex report for Country General Manager, CFO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Supporting supply chain finance team with various ad-hoc analysis, presentations and format creation.
• Supporting digitalization of supply chain finance team.
• Preparing monthly supply chain finance newsletter for Turkey Board.

We're looking for someone who

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain finance
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen and analytical thinking skills
• Has a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain
• Is proficient in SAP and Excel
• Is detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrates strong prioritization skills with a can-do attitude
• Has strong analytical capabilities and the ability to generate actionable insights
• Has a good understanding of finance processes and operations
• Has experience in budget management and controllership
• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Possesses strong business acumen in finance
