- As our Design-Build Remodeling division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced
- Senior Residential Estimator to play a key role in our continued success.
- This is more than an estimating position. You'll partner closely with our award-winning design
- team, develop accurate project budgets, guide homeowners through the proposal process, and
- help ensure every project begins with a strong foundation for success.

What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed labor and material estimates for residential remodeling projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate project pricing.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions.
- Partner with designers to ensure project scope and estimates align with client
expectations.
- Present proposals to homeowners and answer questions throughout the sales process.
- Support project execution by serving as a technical resource for field teams.
- Monitor project budgets and help manage changes throughout construction.
- Contribute ideas that improve estimating accuracy, efficiency, and overall project success.
Requirements
for Senior Residential Estimator
- 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
- 5+ years preparing estimates for residential remodeling projects.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, framing, and structural plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience using estimating or project management software such as Buildertrend is
preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
