About The Role
Support the Group’s communications and marketing efforts by delivering high-quality, on-brand visual assets across corporate, marketing, and internal communications. This role works closely with the communications team to translate complex clean energy concepts into clear, professional, and engaging visual materials for multiple stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Visual Communication
- Design and produce visual assets for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal communications, including digital and print materials.
- Develop visuals for presentations, reports, proposals, brochures, infographics, social media, websites, and event materials.
- Support visual content for corporate announcements, ESG initiatives, and sustainability communications.
- Brand Execution & Consistency
- Ensure all designs adhere to the Group’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone.
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, including corporate, marketing, and internal platforms.
- Support updates and maintenance of brand assets, templates, and visual libraries.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with communications, marketing, and internal stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver design solutions aligned with objectives.
- Support campaigns, events, exhibitions, and internal initiatives with timely and effective design output.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers where required.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Support basic visual enhancements for corporate presentations and internal materials.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, B2B & B2C, or agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); motion or basic video skills are an advantage.
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
