About The Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative activities and help keep office operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys assisting others, and wants to develop valuable organizational and professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office and administrative activities.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and routine records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating routine office activities.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
- Help maintain organized office areas and supplies.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with customer and visitor support when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized information.
- Monitor general office supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Help ensure daily office activities are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to support business operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
