Member Advisor Assistant (Internal Posting)

The Opportunity?

We are currently looking for a Member Advisor Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support for the Branch Manager, Member Advisors and Member Service Representative Supervisor on a daily basis, and serve as the first point of contact for new members. They will also review and audit a range of files and reports, and make referrals to the Branch Manager and Member Advisors to support the financial well-being of our members.

On occasion, the Member Advisor Assistant will act as a back-up Member Service Representative to serve our Members on the front line.

What will you need to succeed?

The selected Member Advisor Assistant will possess a post-secondary diploma related to finance or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
