About the Role

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online marketing efforts and drive consistent growth across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can manage everything from paid advertising to email marketing and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage the Shopify store to improve user experience and conversions.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Attentive (or similar platforms such as Klaviyo).
• Manage and grow social media channels with engaging content and campaigns.
• Implement ongoing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Monitor website performance, campaign results, and key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify .
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads .
• Experience with Attentive , Klaviyo , or another email marketing platform.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience managing social media for an e-commerce brand.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
• Experience working with Australian or international e-commerce brands.
