Manejo de programas de Office, Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 9001 y las Normas relacionadas. Experiencia en el área de Metrología. SPC 8 D’s para solución de problemas Técnicas Básicas de Negociación Inglés 70% Habilidades: Liderazgo Trabajo en equipo Trabajo bajo presión Proactivo & Autodirigido Responsabilidades: Seguimiento y cumplimiento efectivo de los reportes de Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas de quejas internas. Participar en la implementación y mantenimiento del sistema de calidad. Mantener actualizado como herramienta viva el plan de control del producto y la documentación relacionada al proceso de aseguramiento de calidad . Monitorear y coordinar la implementación de acciones de Mejora y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad. Elaboración de documentación necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de las actividades del departamento de aseguramiento de calidad.
