Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technology liaison for three business-critical applications supporting facility management and supply chain operations. This position will be Full-Time and Remote .
This role will participate in the on-call rotation, with one week of on call time each month.
Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for EcoStructure, Interact Pro, and Oracle NetSuite
- Manage Windows Server environments including patching, vulnerability remediation, and upgrade planning
- Coordinate application upgrades and vendor activities with Schneider Electric, Combustion Services, Signify, Oracle ACS, and other stakeholders
- Maintain SSL/TLS certificates and SSO integrations including Okta and OpenID Connect
- Support EcoStructure cloud migration planning and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Develop and maintain support documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and BCDR procedures
- Track and remediate security findings while ensuring compliance with enterprise InfoSec standards
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, desktop, and business teams to resolve operational issues
What You'll Need
Required
- 3 to 6 years of IT systems administration or application support experience
- Strong familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Hands-on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships
- Working knowledge of Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML, or similar SSO technologies
- Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of Java language programming
- Experience with cloud migration projects in GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Exposure to building management systems, HVAC, lighting control, or IoT-related platforms
- Knowledge of containerization concepts such as Docker or Kubernetes
- ITIL Foundation certification or comparable service management experience
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$47-$50 per hour The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
