En nuestro equipo, estarás en contacto directo con clientes de grandes marcas, apoyándolos con recomendaciones basadas en datos e información estratégica. Nuestra área se enfoca en la venta de soluciones que apoyan la toma de decisiones estratégicas para nuestros clientes, donde monitoreamos los hábitos de compra de los consumidores y las tendencias del mercado.

Responsabilidades 

• Como parte del equipo, tu rol será clave para garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban un proceso de venta adecuado a sus necesidades. 
• Algunas de tus tareas serán: 

• Ventas: Tendrás oportunidad de ser parte del equipo comercial, que presente soluciones a nuestros futuros clientes o clientes actuales. 
• Entregables a Clientes: Apoyo en la creación de presentaciones e informes, tanto periódicos como puntuales, con insights clave sobre el comportamiento de los consumidores y las estrategias del mercado. 
• Interacción con el Cliente: Colaboración en la elaboración de entregables que se utilizan para guiar las decisiones de negocio. 
• Soporte Administrativo: Dando seguimiento a los procesos de venta que garanticen cumplir con los requerimientos de nuestros clientes.

• Estudiantes de los últimos seis meses de carreras económicas o afines con interés en el área comercial (Marketing, Relaciones Comerciales, Ingeniería Industrial.). 

• Disponibilidad de medio tiempo (puede ser en turnos matutinos o vespertinos). 
• Habilidades de análisis: Te apasiona descubrir patrones y tendencias a partir de datos. 
• Habilidades de comunicación: Te gusta transmitir información de manera clara y efectiva. 
• Conocimientos de Excel: Intermedio o avanzado (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y análisis de datos).

Our Recruitment Process

Application Review - Our Talent Acquisition team reviews every application against the requirements of the role. 

AI-Enabled Interview - If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete a flexible first-stage interview using our trusted AI-enabled recruitment partner Spotted Zebra. You can complete this interview at a time and place that suits you. 

Online Assessment - You'll complete a role-specific assessment enabled by Spotted Zebra which will help us understand your strengths, analytical thinking, and problem-solving approach. 

Hiring Manager Interview - Meet with the Hiring Manager and members of the team to discuss your experience, learn more about the role, and explore how your skills align with the position. 

Decision - We'll review your application holistically and contact you regarding the outcome and next steps.

These tools ingest categories of personal information including your CV/resume content, application data, responses to assessment questions and interview responses, and help us evaluate information relevant to the recruitment process, such as skills, competencies, interview responses, assessment results and role suitability.
