Overview: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences .

Location: Ashland, VA serving the greater Richmond area,

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($13 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including

• Overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ Years and older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule

• 8–12 hour shifts
• 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
