What You'll Do

As a Lab Accessioner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring DNA testing cases move smoothly from sample receipt through final reporting. Your day may include:

Receiving and processing incoming sample packages
Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
Entering client information into our laboratory systems
Tracking the progress of cases from start to finish
Preparing reports and case-related documents
Scanning and filing paperwork
Maintaining confidential information and compliance requirements
Meeting quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Previous laboratory experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Communicating with others to exchange information.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Manual dexterity to handle, label, and file samples and paperwork.
Standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling to accomplish tasks and transport samples from accessioning area to laboratory.

M-F 9:00am-5:30pm
